Ultrasonic Cleaner Timer
Polishing is part and parcel of watch service. There are machines that are available to provide effective finishes to items that are being polished. Popular among these is the ultrasonic cleaning tank which is used in conjunction with cleaning liquids.
The Elma Sonic .8 litres with Basket and Lid is an ultrasonic cleaning tank that can be used to clean items without damaging by scratching. It effectively cleans joints and splits too which is why it is preferred by watchmakers across the world to clean watch bracelets, watch cases and more. The features of this tank include voltage operating range of 90 to 250V, an indicator for timer, protection against splashing water and overheating. The Elma Ultrasonic cleaning tank S40H 4.25 litres has powerful transducers for heavy soiling and long usage. It includes a de-gas function that improves cavitation after fluids are changed, a sweep action to ensure that all immersed surfaces are cleaned effectively, a precision controlled temperature monitoring, auto-start at a pre-set temperature and a powerful action up to 600 Watts. There are many safety features too like a timer cut off after 12 hours of non stop usage, automatic heat reduction when fluid level goes below a minimum indicated level etc. The tank chamber is made of stainless steel and has dimensions of 240 * 137 * 150 mm. The tank has a drain off tap to drain away fluids after use and an easy to carry handle for easy transportation. This product also comes with concentrated cleaner that can be used for deep cleaning.
