Laptop Does Not Turn ON, Power and Battery Lights continually Blink ON and OFF?
The laptop Dell Inspiron 1150 does not turn ON, when the power adapter is unplugged and the power button is pushed nothing happens. When the adapter is plugged in and the power button is pushed the power light and the battery light repeatedly blinks on and off but the laptop does not boot up.
I tried booting up with the battery removed and using two different power adapters, one that I know is working. The laptop still will not boot up.
Did something happen recently with your laptop? did you spill water on accident? Could there have been a power surge?
It sounds to me like electrical damage of some sort. It could also be something wrong with a charger but I doubt it.

Another suggestion, I would bring the battery, the charger and the laptop to a store such as Batteries Plus ( http://www.batteriesplus.com ), they'll be able to find out if there is anything wrong with the battery, the charger or the connectors
