I ate a lot today esp. carbs!
3 bowls of cereal
4 granola bars
lean pocket
banana
sugar free pudding
scoop of light ice cream
green beans and corn with a little bit of cream of chicken
bagel with tuna and avocado
Wow this list is a mile long! Is this going to make me gain weight?? I'm 5'3 and weigh 107 but after today I probably weigh 110 now.
Don't worry your weight changes constantly, and remember you have to eat 3,000 calories to gain 1 pound.
