Laser Particle
Real-time monitoring of particles required to place a single laser particle counter or sensor particles in a designated area in the cleanroom. The sensor particle counter, particle counts and monitors their events at the specified location in the cleanroom. The particles are followed particles per cubic foot or cubic meter. There are no gaps in the data for particle counting, making real-time system extremely efficient at critical locations to monitor adequately the sensitive process.
Real-time monitoring of particles offers a choice between using a Remote particle counter or a stand alone laser particle counter with a built-in vacuum pump. The remote particle counter provides a vacuum process sampling or a separate pump dedicated to particle counting may be used.
Particulate monitoring sequence is also known as a surveillance system or as a collector tire Multiplexed Particle Counting. In this system, a single handheld laser particle counter is used to monitor multiple points location. To do this, a multiple sequential sampler should be added to connect the particle counter in the sampling tubes. The different tubes are then sampled in a sequential order.
The particle counter stops counting until the change of the tube is complete and allows any air in the previous sample to purge. The number of monitoring points determines the frequency of each sample. In a typical setting, each station was sampled for 60 seconds and then purged for 10 seconds while the sample arm moves to another location.

* Excellent for equipment monitoring and preventive maintenance
* Provides continuous detection of all particle events
Sequential particle monitoring Advantages:
* Less of particle counters to cover a specific area
* Particle counters more easily served by centrally located
* Collecting data from particle counters unnecessary
