for those who are experts or really good at microbiology..
i cant do this because we don't have a microscope and i failed to use a microscope at school because the school nurse sent me home because i have the chicken pox.
Let's say i have 3 toothbrushes:
1st brush: I used it and placed it near the toilet
2nd:I used it and placed it in another room
3rd:I did not used it and put it in a sealed container...
Here are my questions:
a. Will all get equal amount of bacteria?
b.Which will get the most bacteria?
c.The least bacteria?
d. Will the third toothbrush gather any bacteria?

a- No
b- The first one
c- The third one
d- Only if there were bacteria already in the container. It is unlikely it was completely sterile ( sterile means completely free from living organisms.)
Bacteria are naturally present all around us. They are more common in certain places, so it seems likely a toilet would be dirtier than somewhere else. A sealed container would only have a few bacteria in it to start with, and no more could get in. In reality, the experiment might show different results- for example, the toilet might be cleaned regularly, and so have few bacteria.
