Koi Pond Heating
There are several reasons for heating your koi pond, maybe you just want to see your enjoy your pond in all seasons.Whatever your reason, we just want to give you an idea of making easy to accomplish. There is now a new technology, Enery efficient heaters being developed for heating.Therefore pond we recommend electric koi pond heaters, submersible heaters, heat exchangers and floating pond Considerations Heating heaters.Pond: First you must determine if you want to de-ice or actually heat your pond to a specific temperature. Deicers melt ice to provide an opening for the exchange of gases only. Heating your pond to get a specific temperature can be a bit technical, so if you are unsure of the heater sizing we recommend contact our specialist koi pond heater. The low temperature outside is the key to your needs kilowatts and, unfortunately, it can vary. Maintain Temp. for 4 to 6 weeks after healing, then slowly lower the temperature to match that of pond water. This will allow greater and easier Koi fish passage back to the pond.
