7.35 grams on a spring scale.
I really don't know how to get these. Please help me compute it! 
Your precision is essentially the smallest unit that your measuring device can display. For example, if your thermometer can show tenths of a degree, then its precision will be 0.1 degree.
Some folks also say that the precision of a measurement is noted by the measurement itself. Usually, you'd take half of the last significant position in your number to determine the precision. So for your first one, 47.5 degrees indicates that your thermometer can possibly measure 0.25 degree intervals - your last significant position is 0.5, so half of that is 0.25.
This way of finding things gets interesting, since your fourth one is 500 ml. The last significant position is actually the 5, so your precision is 250 ml. The 0s are not significant - it'd be a different story if this said 500.0 ml, in which case we can see (or imply) that the measuring device is capable of measuring 0.05 ml, and that in this measurement's case, there was no measurement for that interval.
